Fittings aren’t limited but, typically 3-5 fittings will be needed to ensure a perfect fit and to fine-tune the design.

When should I book my wedding dress alterations?
Get in touch as soon as you have ordered your dress. It’s best to schedule your first fitting 10 – 12 weeks before your wedding. This ensures there’s enough time for adjustments and final touches.
How many fittings will I need?
Most brides need 2-3 fittings, but this can vary depending on the complexity of the alterations required.
What types of alterations do you offer?
I offer a full range of alterations, including hemming, taking in or letting out seams, adjusting straps, adding bustles, and more. I ensure every adjustment looks seamless and as if it were part of the original design.
How much do bridal alterations cost?
Alteration costs vary depending on the work required. Brides typically spend between £450 and £650 for standard alterations. I also have a minimum fee of £350.
Can you make custom changes to my dress?
Certainly! I can add personal touches such as sleeves, overskirts, or beading to make your dress truly yours.
What should I bring to my fitting?
Please bring your wedding shoes, any undergarments or shape wear you plan to wear, and your veil or accessories if applicable.
Do you steam wedding dresses?
Yes, I offer a professional steaming service to ensure your dress is picture-perfect. I recommend collecting it 1-2 days before the wedding for steaming. Prices start from £60 for wedding dresses, £20 for veils and £30 for bridesmaid dresses.
Do You offer on the day dressing?
Yes I do. Prices start at £250 plus travel.
